Sartori Memorial Hospital Visitor Guide Inside

Sartori Memorial Hospital is a 100-bed, full service hospital providing acute, subacute, skilled and outpatient care to the people living in and near the community of Cedar Falls.  Hospital services include 24-hour emergency room and ambulance transportation, intensive care, general medical care, surgery, and ambulatory care. Support services include X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, laboratory, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, spiritual care, social services and nutrition education.

Other Services Provided Include:

  • Beautiful flower bouquets and plants designed by local flower ship, "Design Studio" are available at three gift shop locations.  We have balloons, magazines, candy and gifts that will make that special someone smile.  To order for a friend or loved one please call:

  • Life-line, a telephone contact system, enables the elderly or disabled to continue living alone in their home with emergency help only a button away. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s network is one of the largest in the midwest with approximately 565 enrollees.
  • Nurse On-Call, a free telephone service available to the general public 24 hours a day/7 days a week, offering medical advice or physician referral provided by registered nurses. This service receives approximately 121,000 call a year. An 800 number is provided to persons living outside the local calling area.
  • Home Health, an organization providing continued nursing, therapy, or other support services in a patient’s home. Home Health conducts approximately 36,000 visits per year.
  • Occupational Medicine and Wellness contracts with approximately 1,000 area businesses throughout Northeast Iowa to provide needed health care services such as injury treatment, drug and alcohol testing, and health education and disease prevention information for their employees.
  • Numerous general health education opportunities and screenings offered to the community at large. For specific programs check out the events calendar on the home page of www.covhealth.com.

Sartori Health Care Foundation
The Sartori Health Care Foundation exists to benefit the Cedar Falls and surrounding area and operates exclusively for non-profit health care purposes. Contributions are utilized to enhance the quality of patient care, to implement educational health programs and to acquire new medical equipment.
