Rehabilitation Services

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare's comprehensive rehabilitation program uses an interdisciplinary, goal-oriented approach in helping people (adults, children and adolescents) with physical disabilities develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation.

When the service or program you choose is CARF-accredited, it means your provider has passed an in-depth review of its services.  It is your assurance that the provider meets rigorous CARF guidelines for service and quality — a qualified endorsement that your provider conforms to nationally and internationally recognized service standards and is focused on delivering the most favorable results for you.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Services - Covenant’s nationally-certified cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to help patients with heart disease recover faster and return to living full and productive lives.
