All media requests for information including, request for interviews of employees, physicians as medical experts, patient condition reports are coordinated through the public relations department. The media relation professionals at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare follow the Code of Cooperation established by the American Hospital Association.

Information is released to the media with the understanding that we are responsible for maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality as determined by patients and their families. As such, we are happy to escort you and photographers within our facilities, and all visits to our facilities are coordinated first through our department.
